From GNIOT Student to StayZ Founder
Ayush studied at GNIOT — Greater Noida Institute of Technology — and relocated to Greater Noida the same way tens of thousands of students do every year: alone, uncertain, and navigating a rental market that is designed to confuse and overcharge newcomers.
He experienced the fake listings. The broker who charged ₹8,000 for "helping." The landlord who kept the deposit for damages that existed before he moved in. The first month of loneliness in a city where he knew nobody.
